These terms apply to use of the Digi Rain website and to product enquiries and orders placed through it. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information when making an enquiry or order.
Products and pricing
Product descriptions, specifications, images and availability are supplied as a guide and may change. Check that a product is suitable for your application before purchase and follow the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable electrical requirements. A product listing with no displayed price is not an offer to sell at a particular price; contact Digi Rain for a written quote. A sale is formed only when Digi Rain confirms acceptance of the order and its price, delivery and payment terms.
Orders and payment
Order requests may be subject to stock confirmation, payment authorisation and delivery suitability. Any applicable GST, payment method, delivery charge and other costs will be shown in a quote or at checkout before you confirm the transaction.
Delivery and returns
Delivery options depend on product and destination. See Shipping & Returns for delivery and return information. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Website use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit false information. Website content and brand marks remain the property of their respective owners.
